Timothy Munro Roberts and Lora Lee Roberts

A family connection

Timothy Munro Roberts is one of Lora Lee Roberts' children, according to Roberts family history. An older archived biography also identifies Timothy and Peter Munro Roberts as Lora's identical twin sons and places their early family life in St. Louis.

Timothy later became a technology entrepreneur. Public company histories identify him as a co-founder of DiamondNet, the company that became Savvis. His professional career has its own record and should be documented on sources devoted to him.

This page has a narrower purpose: to explain his relationship to Lora and the family environment in which his entrepreneurial interests developed.

Lora's example

According to the family account, Timothy grew up watching his mother combine parenting with business ownership. Her ventures crossed business brokerage, automotive service, and physician recruiting. The lesson was not that every business would be easy or successful. It was that an industry could be learned, relationships mattered, and ownership required personal responsibility.

That influence can be described as family recollection. It should not be converted into invented quotations or a claim that Lora was responsible for every later business decision in Timothy's career.
